Hello All,
Structured FrameMaker allows you to open an XML file and edit it in

question: What happens if you have your application set to use XSL on

receive a response. Further, addresses I do not use for professional

And those NOT on their subscriber list (by choice). This does not bode
well for them.

So far I haven't noticed them at my work address (this is my personal address).
But then there are university spam filters at work on that one.

Hi Rick,
I've still got FM4 installation floppies hanging around. There is a
sample there that rotates text using PostScript text frames. Did you
want to rotate the cell borders as well? The sample doesn't do that, but
there might be enough there for you to figure it out for yourself. I'll

I just answered my own question with a test. The stylesheet DOES get
applied, even though the XML file is still open in FrameMaker. Of course,
the changes that the stylesheet makes are not reflected in the open
FrameMaker document unless you first close the document and attempt to
reopen it.
Gillian,
It sounds like WWeP Pro is a better fit for your workflow. With WWeP,
you can pretty much create help by running a single command without any
post-processing.
With RH, you have to create a new project, import the Frame docs, and
then create the help. Oh, you'll most likely have to do a

pdfFLY (www.pdf-fly.com) converts any drawing saved as PostScript or
PDF file to an editable FrameMaker Interchange Format (MIF). Which is vector
based.
Any windows application, including SmartDraw, Visio, could generate a
PostScript file
of the drawing, using the Print-to-File option.

Hello All,
I'm creating pop-ups from images in my documentation. I'm doing this by
inserting ImageAreaAltText Markers in text frames defined in the graphics.
After regenerating my project the pop-ups appear like they're supposed to

select the piece I need from the AutoText menu, type the text, and then
add the next piece. Some final alignment at the end and it's done. Using
