I am wondering if there is any simple route from a hyperlinked PDF to
ePub/eBook formats. I have no experience of the latter, but would like to offer
a FrameMaker - ePub service in future. Any advice would be welcome.

2.0 output (you can see a sample of the output here:
http://www.webworks.com/Tour/Output_Formats/) and PDF output. You can generate
both outputs at the same time.

Depending on one's needs, I would look at:
A Creative Cloud Subscription @ $50 per month, and/or
A Technical Communication Suite @ $70 per month.
I have both--and yes, it costs me $1440 US per year, but I was spending
