In Civ II you can turn on to see the 'strongest'
unit on top of a city - is it possible to do this in freeciv? I
checked the client options but didn't see it.
Comments on email to/from Madeline Book:
This does not exist in freeciv;
(currently it only stores
and resends events that occured while you were not connected), so that it is
generalized to a kind of event history.
If you would like this feature, start a new ticket and I'll see what I can
do.
Thanks

Thanks Per,
I agree. Now that I think of it, Civ 2 and Civ 3 shows the land unit with
the best defence.
e.g. mech infantry would show over modern armour. Planes and ships wouldn't
show at all.

the city to mine a hill, harvest
crops etc. only to have the settings moved when the city overview opens.
Please let me know if you require further info on this - I'm sure that's not
a very good description of the problem.
Thanks
