That actually seems to be a tradition with the Downey family. Not only my
brother but all his friends with him jumped not only from the roof, but also
from the big TV tower--remember the days of TV antennas...
Then when I got older my nephews started doing it, and my niece as well. I
told
Yes, I used to love the hipety hop. Great toy. Sometimes I wish they'd
make these things for adults--it'd be great for when you don't have a
trampoline handy lol.
As far as teachers and there arrogant ways, (yes I know not all teachers are
like this,)
we don't need no education...

Yeah, adults can definitely use pogo sticks. My sister lost two teeth to
one because she decided she was going to jump off the counter with one under
her feet so she could get some really good height...
Are yall getting a good picture of my dysfunctional family yet?
Anyway, I know about the
One other bug is that you can jump through locked doors. Go to the red
door, face left, and jump--and find yourself on the other side. That's fine
with me though because I just can't find that red key...

Hi, Bryan.
If you land directly on a monster it is instant death. If you land next
to one you will lose health points only.
However, that said I did notice one small bug left after jumping. I just
found out in my last game if you jump and land on an item such as a coin
rather than picking it up
Ok... You can jump through the red door? Does not happen hear, but I'll
have to look at that one more carefully.
As for finding the read key did you ever try going down the rope?

That game doesn't work well on my computer. I get the sound effects but
no speech whatsoever. Every now and then, I hear a glimpse of the guy
reading menu choices but it's not even long enough to make an informed
menu choice.

What do people think of the game? I like it a lot, and have purchased it.
Has anyone been able to unlock more modes besides the first two? If so, how
much money do you need to get to do so?
Thanks,
Karl

I eventually did figure that out about the monsters. That actually makes
quite a lot of sense and I've played many other games where landing right on
a monster is instant deth. I myself didn't notice the other bug but aybe I
just haven't jumped on gold in so long that I never had occasion to

Hi, Ken.
Lol! Well, do remember ropes go in two directions.
There is a gem and a key you need to find before going through the red
door and they are below you. Ahem... Well, at least the key is. The gem
is hard to get to but you have to get access to it by a lengthy means.
Ken the Crazy
Yeah, I got the gem. I don't even know what I did to get it but I've
definitely got it before.

Hmmm,
Unfortunately the patch doesn't work on my computer. I changed the path
to C:\Programme\USA Games\Montezumas Revenge where my Monty is installed
and it said 11 files unzipped successfully. However when I start a new
game then, I can't view the map for example and still die when I'm
jumping.
Hi. This sounds to me that the patch was unzipped elsewhere. Have you
doubly checked the location of the original game?

Actually this is not always true. I don't install games to default
locations. I make sure all games go into c:\program files\games and in
the games program group too. So I don't just install to default
locations. The patch in this case assumes you did the default so of
course if you did then
