There are a couple of choices here. The first is the Adrift Runner,
which is the official Windows application, and there is Scare. Scare
is a command line program which is more accessible, but lacks some
features such as sound effects and the combat system doesn't fully
work in Scare.

with the coupling.exe game file. The wave files are coup1.wav, couple1.wav,
couple2.wav, couple3.wav, couple4.wav and couple5.wav.
