Basically, you have a Braille display connected to a PC, which is hooked up
to and/or runs the karaoke lyrics. The lyrics are sent to the Braille
display in the same manner printed lyrics would be displayed on a screen. I
saw this at CSUN, and it was pretty effective.

Go back to Jim's site and grab

some Cepstral voices to try them with Montezuma's Revenge, removed them
and after that his Sapi voices completely stopped working. Apparently
Microsoft's Speech API is very easy to break and if you do the wrong thing
say goodbye to it.
