Hi Lori, It's not all that much. A lot of it is stuff you need to pay attention to, but not all at once. For instance you ought to remember if your angle of attack is 0 or 50 or whatever it may be. One thing I am still trying to figure out is how to land. I had my speed at about 332 nauts, and my decent rate was nowhere close to -30, but it sounded like I crashed. One thing-that message Captain Chase sends you when you crash--I cannot understand it at all. Something related to the airbase and the sky? Hmmm. It could well be that it had managed for you to make a safe landing because it is apparently only Munawar Bijani who can do it. I do the following when I ease off the ground: I start with to keep up arrow until the plane itself should have fired up the engine. I press G while I'm up in the air. I have shot it is now a time to be shot down and starts slump by holding the arrow down until the plane is in the statue where you can regulate speed. I put my speed to 500 RPM and 169 in air velocity. I ensure that I pay tribute to the tone to be in the same tone all the time so I wait until I can fly into the landing gang again. I begin to dive very slowly because I want to see if I can get down to the 100 feet before that you can get safely down. So the question is why you can press G again when you are below 1000 feet? Hi, Yes, you need to press g once you drop below 1000 feet to deploy your gear. And remember, you don't need to be exactly on target with the landing beacon--as long as you are within five miles of it when you touch the tarmac you will be fine. It is placed exactly in the middle of the runway. Munawar A. Bijani Knowledge is of two types: absorbed and heard. Hi, You have to be much closer than six miles out to get a lock with guns, so what I advise doing is hitting your speed brake a couple times and head toward the enemy. That should help you get a lock before you shoot past the opponent craft. HTH and have fun flying. Munawar A. Bijani Are you certain you will awaken from bed tomorrow? Hi Munawar, I was able to get your game running by first installing dot net 3 then Direct x 9. I got the main menu working and first hit the start game which did not work. I then realized that you need to pick your mode first before playing the game. It would be better if you added the mode choice after hitting the play game choice. Or if no mode is chosen, tell the player that you need to choose your mode before playing the game. I did not get too far on my first try but appreciate the sounds and interface as challenging but not impossible to deal with. I would like to have a little louder jet engine sound or possibly have a ear plug toggle to turn the jets sound down if necessary. I added this game to my games list web page. thanks, Phil --- Gamers mailing list __ Gamers@audyssey.org If you want to leave the list, send E-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] You can make changes or update your subscription via the web, at http://audyssey.org/mailman/listinfo/gamers_audyssey.org. Your jet is able to go at a top airspeed of mach 2, and is equipped with afterburners to give you a temporary boost in acceleration. This demonstration will allow you to play ten minutes of both Death Match and Racing Mode. All other functionality has been disabled; however, playing these modes will allow you to get a feel for the game and enjoy the fast action of aerial dog fighting, complete with cut-edge sounds. I did add the .exe to the file and the setup then worked. You can visit bpcprograms.com to download a copy. I have provided a description from the website for you below: Three-D Velocity is a real-time fighter jet simulation. Your craft is designed to get you out of the tightest of situations, provided that you do not think too long and are willing to try daring maneuvers. This demonstration is not unlockable. Munawar A. Bijani Are you certain you will awaken from bed tomorrow? Never assume something of which you lack strong knowledge.
