I think (at least for now) it should only effect routers. For
example, if I have a setup with three routers we have to now do this
(I hope these drawings come out fine...):

SubnetR -- UML
The below problem is caused because no mask is set in the Switch. We
should set the default mask if none is set using the standard IP class
system.

We need to improve the canvas. Here are some ideas of mine:
- Can we make it so you can grab the side of the canvas and change
it's size (like how resizing windows works)?
- We currently have an "expand" button; we should probably have a
"decrease size" button as well, as there doesn't appear to
I say we wait for the changes to gRouter, which I believe will be done
this weekend?
We can then do the migration on monday and help people reinstall
during the tutorial.

I'm trying to get gBuilder working on Windows 7. I noticed that they
just released PyQt 4.6, and PyQt 4.5 is no longer available for
download. I got everything to install fine, but I can't place
anything on the canvas, and when I try the tutorial, python crashes...
Could this be a Windows 7 issu
Whenever you guys submit changes, can you also update the ChangeLog so
we can keep it up-to-date? It'll be easier for users to know what
changes have been made when upgrading. When we move to stable/ I'll
post a link to the ChangeLog on the website. I've updated it for all
past commits for versi

Oops, spoke to soon! When I opened up gBuilder again, the tutorial
crashes, and if I place something on the canvas it crashes also.

OK, so if I reinstall (i.e. remove share/ and call scons install) it
works the first time, but breaks after that, meaning something is
corrupting a file I guess? I pinned it down to some file in the UI/
folder, but can't yet find which file...

I merged the devel/ branch to stable/ for GINI version 2.0.1.
Please try it out to make sure everything works; so far it's worked
for me. I will also update the website.
