some way not findable to enblend. I'd say: Installation error.

The .sh extension is a style issue. Some prefer it like that, some
don't. Whomever wrote the code first gets to determine this. Sorry about

With builtin CP detectors the situation is improving. I don't see noop

I have written a shell (awk?) script that does this. But something
builtin to hugin would be better.

Neither have I, but it installs automatically if your hardware is
supposed to supprot it.
On the other hand, if you have desktop effects disabled, it shouldn't
run.

I've seen this happen.
Just tested: I got an error message as high as the screen, but I
couldn't get it higher than that (with only 420 images readily
available).
Suggestion: A scrollable details tab?

This is now an instant crash. Autosave would've been handy here...
What I did (and I can reproduce this cleanly).
load 23 images with the assistant. I have auto align turned on since
this morning, so it ends up showing me the preview.
Next go to exposure tab, select custom parameters, deselect
Right. This is still valid in 2010.4.beta . I was able to reproduce it.
A repaint of the preview window uses the new cropping parameters. We
should issue a please repaint event to the preview window when
changing cropping (and other?) parameters.

I think this is because it will automatically guess the correct position
of the CP in the image once you have at least one CP.
When you finely move the CP in the first image (once it's been zoomed),
the CP will be shown and auto-added if you want.

For photographic images, packbits is not a suitable compression. It
would expand images slightly as shown by Bruno.

So you hit save.
When it asks for the filename, you think: Wait, let's try XYZ. so
instead of saving you want to go back. So you hit cancel.

It simply calls the detectors and waits for the results. It does not
