Our TSO users select the 'environment' they like to work in, i.e. DEVL/PROD,
DB2ID etc. and during logon we allocate to the different ISP* ddnames the
libraries required for that envrionment.
Probably only true if you have a good cache-hit-rate, but this depends
on the box.
PAVs will certainly help here if the box supports them and you have
configured them.
