Running z/OS V1.11
I am trying to determine why a TSO User when they issue an MVS command gets
the name CICSCONS instead of their TSO ID in the SYSLOG.
So I would see
CICSCONS 0284 $COJ(5204),OUTGRP=1.1.1
However it is really a TSO ID that is issuing the command through SDSF.

I would suggest that you look at the IKJTSOxx member in SYS1.PARMLIB and make
BRODCAST an individual TSO dataset rather than the SYS1.BRODCAST dataset.
I think by giving

I have been trying to access the past proceedings section on SHARE.ORG and get
a 404 Page not found message.
Is anyone else getting this error?

I think MODE is a subparm of the DCB parm in JCL. It might be one of those
very special words in JCL.
Specifies the mode of operation to be used with a card reader, a card punch,

So long as you only have datasets with 4 levels (A.B.C.D) then I think it
should have picked them up.
If you have more levels then it will not. To get all datasets that begin with
ZFS.PROD.SERVER you would use
ZFS.PROD.SERVER.** rather than ZFS.PROD.SERVER.*
