For CICS extra partition sysout datasets, you can first close all of the indirect tdq's pointing the the DDNAME. IE: for CEEMSG DD, close TDQ CESE: CEMT SET TDQ(CESE) CLO Others DDnames may have more than 1 tdq using it so you will have to find all of them. CEMT I TDQ(C*) will show
