Interjecting some useless information. Yes, MVS data set names are case insensitive, e.g. Upper Case, so the "File System to Mount" is Upper case, so the name of the MVS data set containing the USS files is Upper Case, but the name of the USS directory name to mount it to IS case insensitive.
