have been unable to change the web messaging session timeout. I have
changed the session timeout setting from 12 to 20 then 30. It still times

I've figured it out. It was people who use us for
connectivity but not email hosting. The sent from email addresses did not

Jeff,
In your SMTP settings, do you have refuse null sender selected? If so,
de-select. Spam filters that block from rfc ignorant servers (Verizon is an
example) will refuse messages if you have null sender refused.

I found the issue... The mail was originated on a trusted

Hi all,
I've recently noticed that users that belong under our primary host are
getting duplicated under other hosts--seemingly random, in varying numbers
by host and not every host.
We're running Imail v8.05 on Windows Server 2003.
Has anyone seen this happen or know what might be causing it?
Hi all,
We're seeing a large
percentage of undeliverable returns. When I look at the logs it appears
that spam filters are finding fault with our mail.
We're seeing a lot
fail cmdspace (like any sent from Outlook 2003 or Mac Mail 1) in Declude.
I can't imagine that that is the cause,
That I can (and will) do. Explaining to all customers
why that is suddenly causing their email to be rejected is more difficult.
The marked increase in ndr's began about a week ago. Is that the only
problem you see?
