Absolute has had some decent audio over the past 20 minutes, and the freq is indeed right on 1215. There are a couple of other carriers visible on the display, but both much closer than 1214.92, more like 1214.997 and 1214.998. Bits of audio from France also on 1206, and 963 is very close to

Jim, I'd say you have Caceres Spain... My log from Newfoundland this past fall: 1107 SPAIN Caceres, RNE5 – 0207 – Radio Nacional d’Espana ID off-frequency on 1107.11 or so. (.122 per Jean Burnell, who says he also measured it a few months earlier there, on May 1/09, at 1107.124.
