I believe Freedom Scientific has been trying to improve their image and
their consumer relations. As such I would send an email highter up the
ladder. This is the messageing that Freedom Scientific have been trying hard to
correct and I thinka note to Eric would be appropriate.

Robin,
Good suggestion. I know Eric is on this list so I'm sure he has seen
the thread on this.

Hi all,
I'm using Jaws 15 professional, office 2013 and win 8.
I have been living with this issue (outlook not announcing the numbers of
unread messages) since I upgrade to outlook 2013. I've done all I could but
the issue persisted. Since then, I've been expecting a fix by any of the
updates but
Hi
How do you change the width of columns in 2007 office excel worksheet?
Using Jaws 12.

Hello Scott,
In my message I said that you should use H followed by O followed by W to
get to where you can adjust column width. I forgot to mention that you use
Alt key prior to pressing H. The corrected message is below:

Brian, your directions were masterful. I cannot thank you enough and the

properly and now, even after reboot, all print is in black which has been my
goal.
Thanks always and Happy New Year!

Hi,
No problems with it here. It uses its own player, so WMP12 doesn't have
a role in it. What you do is find the list of radio stations and just
scroll down through it till you come to the station you want to play.
(You can also use page/Down and /Up as well as Up/DownArrow keys, to

If anyone is interested, try

It is very accessible and has many categories of stations to choose from.
There may be a problem with Windows 8.
I have it on Windows 7.

The weird thing is, I get BBC and CNN just fine on other computers that I
have here, so why not on that 64 bit Windows 7 Toshiba laptop.? It just
doesn't make sense to me.

Oh, wow! That's weird! I know that not all of the stations on Radio Sure
work, but BBC and CNN do, but not on this computer. I'm setting it up for a
friend and he asked for those two news stations.
I didn't see any settings in the player that might make a difference either.

(You can also scroll up from the bottom of the list of radio stations.
By 'scroll' I here mean, continually hold down any up or down movement
key, till you get to your desired station.)

Are you getting other stations on your Win7 64-bit RadioSure? Did you
run the program from its install in the X86\Programs folder? (It is a

perhaps the version on there is a different or later one than that on
your other computers?

laptop with no problems.
I do get other stations on that windows 7 Toshiba.

When you say you can't get them, can you find the station(s) but they
don't play when you press ENTER? o r can you not find them there at all?
As i indicated, on my Windows7 64-bit Toshiba I get BBC World Service +

BBC and CNN just don't play when I press enter on them. I have them in
favorites there in radio sure, but I get nothing from them.
There are other stations in the list that do play, so I can't understand why
those two wont!
I actually tried Tapinradio and couldn't figure it out.
Arianna
Can you get them, BBC and/or CNN, from the main RadioSure list? How many
Favorites have you saved in RadioSure? (There is a limit to how many
RadioSure will allow. This is also true for the free version of
TapinRadio.)
