My experience is that while AMAZON whill enforce the return garuntee as well as keeping the delivery date, it is often better to click on the link to contact the seller directly. They will often respond quickly with replacement as well as without mailing charges so as to avoid Amazon's mandates

This may not be of help but I use Word 2007 and all I need to do is to go to the begining of the table then: Alt+j, l and v This puts me in Convert table to text and I choose the way I want the content of the table to be separated and the hit ok. If 2013 cut out that feature that would be a shame
