You have more than one e-mail address in Thunderbird? As far as I know
there is but one trash folder assigned per email address. When you send
an email to trash, which one does it show up in - suspect not both. Did
you have some sort of a crash that might have corrupted Thunderbird?

If you exited JAWS with the insert f4 command, then control alt j will
usually work. If not, then press the windows key and the letter m, which
takes you to the desktop. Press j, and assuming you have no other desktop
items that begin with j, press enter, and JAW should start talking.

for the run dialog, and type JAWS 16, and then press enter.
JAWS will take a few seconds to come up.
