This is interesting. Some how the install of I e9 makes jaws not automatically
read opened wlm messages. As soon as I installed I e9 when I open an email
maybe the first one or two will automatically read. From then on when I open a
message I must use any of the reading keys to start the reading

I'm not sure of the exact structure of IE 7, but try this:
While in IE, go to the tools menyu, then options.
Look for the advanced tab, then the setting you are looking for might be
found under multi-media.

We found out the problem. AVG started redirecting URLS. We had a sighted
person to uncheck the box and it is working right now.
