My friend, who is using Word 2003, Windows 7 and Jaws 12, has two questions.
1. How does one turn off Automatic Numbering and
2. How does one prevent Word from capitalizing the first letter of a new line

1. When you email a person, I believe the the address book adds the
ccontact, but if you want to change anything in the contact, you just
go to the Contacts link.
2. Yes, it is best if you use the Basic HTML version. The page is less
busy that way, and easier to navigate.
