Settings is in the menu bar. You can press alt+s to get to it or you could hit alt then arrow to it. As far as the tool bar, there's a workaround for that. When you run the install, when it gets to the screen where it asks if you want to install the tool bar, you can do an OCR on it. That will

For those of you using outlook 2013 and jaws 15, do you have an issue with pressing enter on a message, and the jaws buffer not refreshing? I have to alt tab back to the inbox and then alt tab back to the message for jaws to read the message, as insert escape doesn't even refresh the jaws buffer.
