In Outlook 2010, to sort the messages in a folder, go to the view tab of the
ribbon while you're on the list of messages in that folder. If you're using
JAWS virtual menus, arrow down to the arrangement submenu. Press right
arrow to get to arrange by and then press enter to open. Arrow up
