As I say, I don't know if this will work, because from what I understand,
your select-all doesn't work in Outlook Express. I assume that it works as
expected elsewhere.
But, I know a couple people who have had that problem where, from what I
understand, control-a did not select
Gerald- On XP go to start menu, settings, control panel- and you will see
flash player. If you open it and move to the Advanced Tab, . you will see a
radio button with an option to automatically update.

Remember, 32-bit programs can run on 64-bit systems. I'll have to go to my
64-bit system later and see if there is a separate one for that, but I don't
recall seeing one.

well, just called her and we did these steps here, it still did it. so she
gonna call FS tomorrow at her job.
That was one thing I had tried first with her, even rebooted the lp, went
all over settings comparing mine to hers, sure is a mystery it does that
even if you set it to just characters.

For some reason when you make changes in the default settings it doesn't
change them in Word, Excell and Outlook.
By the way, you don't make those changes in verboscity, but rather in the

We were in Outlook, then we tried it in Word. Now, we changed the settings
in Outlook, but it still didn't take.
She has this at her job on a desktop, she said it doesn't do this, so
something on the laptop only and changing through Mike's way, the verbosity
way, and even through settings,
We did go to user settings, and changed that plus a few other things, it
still did it..

the in-between size that office apps can go into so is not displaying the
whole window properly to jaws, thus it is not able to say things properly
alt and spacebar, then x to maximize the window, do this to the general
