The JavaFerret and JavaMonkey are utilities that you can use to examine what
is being passed through the java access bridge.
You may not want them but I have found them useful from time to time.

You may want to try the other settings. I find that some times the rawstream
order helps, if it doesn't try the left to right top to bottom option.

couldn't use it workably nor could I find any one that was able to use it.

I have experienced this problem as well. I find that if I simply open a new
tab it works and I just have to go back and close the original tab or window.
I generally have it open a new window.

can't give you a merge utility because it would break a lot of stuff.

My son has created a JAVA program for my use, but I cannot read buttons and
edit boxes with JAWS.
Can JAWS be used with JAVA?
Are there scripts available for this? If there are scripts on the Scripts
page, I missed them.
Blessings,
Tom

Have you installed the sun java bridge? This allows screenreaders to interact
with java. Also if your sun didn't use the swing classes it won't work well
either.
Java is not particularly screenreader friendly.

When I use the CMD command in the Run dialogue box, I can perform certain
actions.
Is there a way to copy the contents of this window so I can paste it

Try using the virtual window command and then copy normally.
