add alt tags to images, most especially images that are links you want the user

[JAWS-Users] Guide to windows 10 1803 by Jim Flusche?

2018-05-14 Thread Michael Amaro
Hello Listers,

There used to be a gentleman By the name of Jim Flusche. Every time a new
version of windows 10 came up, he would put out ajaws users guide on how to use
jaws with windows 10 accordingly. The last one he did was on windows 10 1709 I
believe. I haven't seen one for 1803. Is he no longer doing them? I found
them very helpful.

Thanks

[JAWS-Users] Monitoring a cell in excel -- and investing into Advanced Jaws Training

2018-03-29 Thread Michael Babcock
hi:
as some of you may know with the new job, we use an excel workbook.
I have to check a cell, l-27 is the location it falls at, and pressing the down
arrow to this location, though i’m sure that a jump to cell command would work
but I just thought of this today while writing this message, can be rather
cumbersome.
This being said, I’m wondering is it possible for Jaws to just read the
contents of that specific cell so I know how to assign the particular lead I'm
working with in salesforce? (It’s 4 letters)
Thanks a lot for all of your assistance, and I really need to learn some of the
advanced Jaws features, to maximize my experience at work.
Does anyone have any suggestions for advanced training material I can invest in
to that doesn’t cover the basics?
I’m sure that automation features could help me quickly navigate threw my work
:)
thanks a lot.

Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS & Chromebooks

2018-03-15 Thread Michael Babcock
No it cannot be installed on a Chromebook, chrome books run their own operating
system called chromeos which has its own accessibility built in.

Look up chromevox for more information.

I will say that access to these devices has been available for at least four
years now, but over the last year I’ve noticed has improved substantially.

Well, as usual, the check for updates feature did not work, so in
this situation, I checked the website to see if the March Jaws 2018 update
is available. Nope, sorry Dennis, it isn't available yet. Have I tried to
check for Jaws updates earlier? Well, yes. Perhaps the update will be
released tomorrow? I expect the check for Jaws updates to malfunction once
in a while, but it keeps malfunctioning too often.

[JAWS-Users] quick excel query

2018-02-24 Thread Michael Babcock
hey Jaws Users:
I’m using Jaws 2018 at work, and we use an excel sheet that i use control+page
up twice to get to the main sheet I call it.
Then I go to the top and find the box that I have to enter a six digit number
to access the information I need to get. Pressing alt+down on this cell allows
me to enter or paste the number and tap return.
Then, I am shown information that gives me a summery of information regarding
pricing and notes for the center i’m helping a family with, however if i rout
the jaws curser to the PC curser, then press control+right and then back by
pressing control+left, then insert+8 twice quickly for a jaws left click, I can
expand the data and access the detailed information.
The only way I figured this out is a colleague of mine told me that she would
double-click on the road that the summary of the data I need was on whenever I
asked her to expand the data.

The problem is I have to go through this process every Monday morning, as we
get new data every Friday.

And I'll continue doing this, since it's working but if there's an easier way
with the keystroke I can use, I'd love some feedback.

Thanks

best
Michael

Hi, again, Michelle. When you call the answer desk, please speak with a

[JAWS-Users] Latest Jaws 2018 update

2018-02-15 Thread Michael
Hi, all. Sorry, I feel the need to vent a bit, smile. I listened to
Jonathan Mosen's latest podcast this past Monday and he mentioned that an
update to Jaws 2018 was coming soon. Ok, I tried to check for an update a
few minutes ago, and the please wait message popped up, then the please wait
not responding message came up. I admit I said to myself, "oh, here we go
again." So, I went to the Jaws download page only to find that the latest
update is still from December. I wanted to e-mail Eric Damery privately,
but I guess I don't have his e-mail address so I can use the auto complete
feature in Outlook 2016. The update is coming soon? How soon? Rant over.
Gr!

Mike M

P.S. I wouldn't be so annoyed if the please wait not responding feature
would function more reliably. I find the please wait not responding feature
not working every few days to be quite annoying. Yes, I am one of those
users who checks for a Jaws update every day when an update is about to be
released. .

Hi, Dennis. If there has been a Jaws update, the check for updates feature
is once again not working properly. The last time I checked the website for
an update, there wasn't an update yet. I don't think you missed an update.
I just wish that the please wait not responding message when a customer

hate having to check the website for an update when the check for updates

[JAWS-Users] Winamp

Hi. I recently acquired a used Toshiba laptop pc and upgraded it to Windows

jog my memory so I can make Winamp the default player. I open preferences
with ctrl-p after launching Winamp, but for the life of me, I can't remember

how to make Winamp the default media player. Thank you.

Yesterday I got my hands on a Toshiba laptop pc running Windows 8.1, but I
have now updated the pc to the latest Windows 10 fall creator's update.
However, after I installed Jaws 2018 from a DVd, I am now being asked to
enter an authorization number which I cannot find in my saved e-mail from
last June. I called VFO over an hour ago and left my phone number for a
call back. I know that VFO tech support is likely busy, but are they so
busy that I can't get a call back in less than an hour? Really? There are
certain programs I cannot install because Jaws keeps telling me that I have
the professional version which I do not. How on earth do I get an
authorization code? I'm sorry, but this situation is very frustrating. I
had to end a call with the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk because I am
unable to get the 2018 version of Jaws authorized. Incidentally, I got the
pc from my sister because she seldom used. It.

Sincerely,

The first step would be to ensure that you switched your keyboard layout to

The second step would be to ensure that boot camp drivers are properly

Re: [JAWS-Users] Copying and pasting on the new job

2017-12-16 Thread Michael Babcock
I attempted that, however until i made the change in the quick settings the
system wouldn’t copy the text. Making this change has fixed it. Leveraging
flexible web has also taken out unnecessary text as well, allowing me to
automate some aspects of my notes.
Thanks to all for the advice, and hears a cool reference for Live Person, i’ll
be testing these keystrokes when i get back to work on Monday, and think i’ve
found alternative ways to get around the other issues I was having by
leveraging the salesforce widget within Live-engage.
"Multitasking with Hot Keys (Agent shortcuts) | LivePerson”

The Jaws scripting language looks to be very powerful, and the frame manager
has already helped me hear text with a keystroke.

I beg your pardon. As far as I know, Avast was not preinstalled when I
bought the desktop computer. Having said that, Avast was also installed on
my laptop pc running Windows 7 64 bit around the same time. So, I
respectfully disagree with you. Thank you.

Pretty sure Avast was pre-installed on your computer when you bought it.
Good luck in un-installing it.

[JAWS-Users] Trying to use the free version of Revo Uninstaller

2017-12-16 Thread Michael
When I try to use the free version of Revo Uninstaller 2.04 using Jaws 2018
to uninstall Avast antivirus software, I hear the version number followed by
a graphic 667 type in text after the user account control is accepted. When
I press enter after hearing the graphic message, nothing happens, and all I
get is a ding sound. I can't get the program to work under Windows 7 or
Windows 10. And, I don't know how Avast got installed, so please don't ask.
Thank you.

Re: [JAWS-Users] Copying and pasting on the new job

2017-12-15 Thread Michael Babcock
So using quick settings and finding the word “copy, and changing that to the
setting that allows copying from the virtual viewer did work for me to select
and copy text for the most part in chrome.

Now I’m just got some live person issues to figure out.

But that’s a totally different beast.

That would work, however I was hoping I wouldn’t have to virtualize a webpage
that I assumed should already have been virtualized in order for me to copy and
paste text. That’ll be a extra key stroke I have to use prior to manipulating
the text from each center that I have to get, and apparently on some chance

[JAWS-Users] Copying and pasting on the new job

2017-12-15 Thread Michael Babcock
Hey there everyone.

The new job is freaking amazing!

I say that, because I have yet to come across any “in accessible“ tool.

I am learning more about flexible web, to make my job a hell of a lot easier,
and eventually I’ll be substantially faster than any other agent on the floor.

But, we have a slight issue!

Good job consists of a lot of copying and pasting, while switching between
windows.

Which is OK, except yesterday we noticed that when I selected text in chrome,
and pressed control seat, that text was not copied to the clipboard.

The trainer sitting next to me said that she saw me highlight the text, but
when we posted in notepad, the last object prior to meet selecting the text
from the webpage and copying it was what was posted.

We are running the latest version of windows 10 (I think now I need to look).
And jars version 2018. (Again today I’m going to check for update).

Has anyone came crossed the control see keystroke not copying text, and if so,
how did you fix it?

IT is open to doing whatever I need them to do in order to make me successful,
it helps that there are people on my team that I work with seven years ago
while taking calls for sprint and the software was not even 25 percent as
accessible as the software as were using now. Oh, and the kind of might have
chatted our team lead up, and said once I’m set in my ways I’ll be as
productive if not more productive than any other team member. Also sidenote,
live person the chat client “live engage” (a product produced by the company
live person called live in gauge) is I would say 90 percent accessible on
chrome.

There are a few arrows that don’t have alternative text for them, and I’m
working my way through them.

And yesterday I couldn’t and a chat, but I think that was due to my lack of
jaws keystrokes in later versions.

Last night me and the help files became familiar with each other again..

The end chat button is found under VE Arrow next to your email address or
username if your organization doesn’t use email addresses for Simon.

It is possible to click the button, because somehow I accidentally ended a chat
yesterday, so when I figure that out I’ll write up a quick guide for anyone who
needs it.

Hope everyone’s having a great Friday.

Oh yeah, and I reminded myself about frames, and I’m excited to implement them
within the chat program. That’s going to save a lot of headache too.
Especially, since I think I read I can copy the text within a frame… Which is
information that I need for my Notes anyways…

With my best regards

Is it possible to use a microphone without a headset? I do not want
anything over my ears and I would like to hear the audio from the speakers.
I would like to get Catandra set up next month as I have quite a bit going

I have a Scull Candy blue tooth head set, that I love.
The microphone works really great.
Believe it or not, my USB head set is the same Logitech one that you
mensioned.
You know, the microphone does not work as well for me either with that
headset.
The recording quality is not nearly as good as with the Blue Tooth Scull
Candy head set.
I am not sure of the model of that, but my wife bought it for me at Best Buy
for $50.00.
It is the favorite headset I have owned.
Take care, Brian, and it is so great to hear that you are right here a few

I use a USB head set that has a built-in microphone, and Cortana hears me

I have a Blue Tooth Head set with built-in microphone, and Cortana hears
that one great as well.
Third, I use my built in microphone that came on my laptop, and that works

2017-12-09 Thread Michael
Hi. I sent a message to the list a couple of days ago explaining that I
made a bill payment online using Microsoft Edge using the most current
version of Jaws and didn't receive a response. No wonder, I forgot to
reenable my membership. Anyway, I've been off the list for over six weeks
or so.

Hi All,

I am using Windows10 on a Dell 5440 with JAWS2018.10.42. Sorry about the
incomplete JAWS version, but as you will see, this is one of the several
odd
behaviors from JAWS. Below are the steps I am executing along with
comments
about JAWS behavior

*   Cold boot computer.

* Comment - Windows10 initial screen silently comes up.

*   JAWS announces "JAWS Professional".

* Comment - Login screen comes up and JAWS is silent with no evidence
of it still being running.

* Use many key combinations in many different combinations of
execution (Tab, Control+Alt+Delete, F6, Alt+Tab, Control+Alt, all four
arrow
keys, Home, End, & Enter).

* Comment - Still nothing from JAWS.

*   Execute Control+Windows key+Enter to start Narrator.

* Comment - Narrator immediately finds the Password entry field.

* Type in password and JAWS Eventually announces "JAWS Professional"
and narrator announces "Narrator Starting".
* Execute Capslock+Esc to turn off Narrator.
* Windows key+M takes me to the Desktop.

* Comment - I do this because sometimes JAWS repeatedly announces
"Lost Focus".
* Comment - JAWS appears to be working relatively well to navigate,
launch programs and use those programs. I'm not going to go into the
various down-Falls of JAWS in these applications except for spell check
described below.

* When I Execute some JAWS commands while on the desktop, as well as
when application windows are open and in focus, nothing happens.

* Insert+JAWS, cannot find JAWS in the Task Bar, System Tray and
Running Tasks.
* Insert+F1 brings up the JAWS commands for the Application in focus.

* Insert+J, Space does bring up the JAWS command search feature.
* The JAWS command Insert+Control+V tells me the version of the
application in focus.

* Comment - This includes providing me with the running JAWS version
when the JAWS command search is in focus. This is how I was able to
confirm
that the correct version of JAWS is running.

* Check to see if Alt+Control+J is set as the command for launching
JAWS.

* Most times it is not there and I have to re-set it.

* Leave JAWS focus on the JAWS icon on the desktop for "just in case".
* Insert+F4, Enter key to shut down JAWS.
* Control+Alt+J to re-launch JAWS, or press Enter key to launch JAWS
from the icon if it does not launch.
* Like magic, JAWS is in the system tray and all appears to be well.

* Comment - Significant improvements in how JAWS reads the spell check
screen. Sometimes there is still a lag in when it reads the next word or
the spell check statistics dialog box as well as JAWS sometimes only read
the OK button in this dialog box, Insert+B will read the contents.

* Going to the locked screen gives me mixed results with JAWS being
able to read the screen so that I can log back in. Same behavior if the
computer locks on its own.

*   Comment - Narrator works.

* I have unchecked the various settings for running JAWS at startup
and rechecked them and re-started JAWS.
*   I have run a JAWS repair.

So, my assumption is that something is blocking JAWS from completely
launching prior to the login screen. Does anyone have any ideas?

Annette

Edge will probably work even better wit Jaws and other screen readers over

It doesn't sound like he actually wants to stop updates altogether, just
to

choose when they happen, which as you can say you can do with Group Policy
editor with Enterprise, Educational or professional Windows 10. Perhaps
play

with the configuration settings and see if the download button appears. I
had to tweak my Windows 10 a lot as it was being very uncooperative.

Another way, if you just have the Home edition of Windows 10, is to set
your
connection to "metered". In the past this only worked with a wi-fi
network,

but I believe Microsoft caved in to pressure when they released the
Creators' update, and you can now do this with an Ethernet connection as
well. When I first got this computer I actually had to do this, because my
modem wasn't working and so if I wanted to be on the net, I had to tether
my

phone to the computer. Windows 10 immediately started sucking up all the
data. Anyway, if you really wanted to try this, there are some
instructions

here:

If I'm not mistaken, unless you're running Windows 10 Enterprise or
Professional, Downloads are automatically Downloaded and Installed. The
only button you should be able to see is the restart now button if you
want

to finish the downloads instead of waiting for the computer to do it for
you.

With Windows 10 Enterprise and Professional, you have the option to defer
updates, but that only means you're allowed some time before you have to
download and install it, and even than, this feature only applies to major
service packs of Windows 10, such as the Creator's Update etcetera.

Hope this helps.

Hi. I just listened to the latest Fs podcast on my Vr Stream second

While I am well aware that major Windows 10 updates are rolled out over
time, the podcast mentioned that in order to use Edge people should either
wait for the fix from Microsoft, upgrade to the fall creator's update when
available to consumers, or download Jaws 2018 beta three. Ok, so I tried to
go to the Freedom Scientific website to download Jaws 2018 beta three.
Well, it's not on the site. Why tell folks to download beta three when it's
not even on the site? The podcast didn't mention that beta three wasn't
available for download yet. I feel that maybe a general announcement such
as beta three will be available for download later today or perhaps a
general date. I do not like being unable to download an update mentioned in
a podcast released today for example. The beta should have been available

[JAWS-Users] Using Edge with latest Jaws update

2017-10-16 Thread Michael
Hi. Approximately an hour ago, I tried to place an order using the
amazon.com/access website using Edge. All appeared to go well. I was able
to log into my account, find the music item to preorder, and place it in the
cart. However, I could not complete the order because the proceed to check
out button would not activate no matter which keystrokes I tried. I closed
the web page and launched my preferred browser which is I E 11. I was able
to complete my order.

I contacted VFO technical support and reported the issue since I was using
the latest Jaws update. The tech confirmed that Edge and its use with Jaws
is still a work in progress. Maybe the beta three will work with Edge, but
who knows. By the way, I was using the current Jaws update and not beta
two. Thanks.

I'm using the same method I have before.

1. open the app
2. tab to the search button and hit space

3. type in the call sign, such as, KTHT, and press enter

4. shift tab to results. But I no longer get anyresults

Any ideas?

Perhaps you are running a somewhat older JAWS build. Try downloading the
latest build for your JAWS version (16 or newer, because earlier ones aren't
compatible with Windows 10 at all) to see if the problem is fixed.

Hope it helps!

Hi JAWS User List,

Just wanted to jump in and explain more about this opportunity. In
addition to the national trade shows, it's also something that is
available for anyone in the United States or Canada who is working at an
organization that owns a current version multiuser license JAWS, Fusion,
or ZoomText license. We call this the Home Use Program and it’s a great
deal that thousands of users currently take advantage of today. Modeled
after the "Microsoft User at Home Program" where employees at very large
organizations who own a certain level of office products, employees can
buy the subscription for home for about $10 per year.

For Freedom Scientific products, we offer prices for a new Home Edition
License of JAWS for just $125, regular price is $900. Fusion Home Edition
is just $150, regular price is $1200. ZoomText is just $100.
Upgrades from real old versions is also greatly reduced, and you can get
the SMAs discounted about 20%. Plus, once you are registered in the system
under the Home Use Program, you are entitled to a 20% discount on hardware
products, which can be a huge savings on something like a $2500 Braille
Display, where you can save up to $500.

If you work for an organization that has a multiuser license of any of the
Freedom Scientific or AiSquared products, please ask someone there about
the program. It cost them nothing to participate other than having their
license up to date. And the employees do the purchases direct with Freedom
Scientific so they are not involved in the transaction.

Most Federal and State agencies are already in it but hundreds of
companies and organizations are already signed up.

Regards,
Eric

about this low-cost program? Or did this person misunderstand what
the rep told him? After all, if anyone, excluding businesses and
government agencies, could buy a fully unrestricted copy of JAWS for
a mere $125, why would they choose to buy it for the regular price of
$1000 instead? This just doesn’t make any sense. There must be a

The subject line says it all, and I hate long subject lines, but what can I
say. On the day the beta was released, I downloaded it and installed it on
my desktop pc running Windows 10 pro, and on my laptop running Windows 7
home edition. Both versions are 64 bit, of course. Anyway, when my Windows
10 computer boots up, I hear Jaws home use edition, but on my laptop running
Windows 7, I hear the announcement followed by the words beta release.

After the installation of Jaws 2018 beta on my laptop computer, it did not
come up automatically. I had to use Nvda to get me out of the jam. I got
Jaws to come up talking, but I was asked if I wanted to merge my custom
settings and I answered yes. I recall another list member answering no to
that prompt. Could the merging of my custom settings have anything to do
with the slightly different announcement?

Oh, by the way, I reported not being able to use Edge with my bank's website
to VFO, so no need to remind me, smile.

Is it insert on the numpad plus the number 2?

I ask this because Jaws has occasionally crashed for me using this command as
well with IE and Firefox.

Just to add to this, I have the same issue with Jaws 16 through 18 on a Win
7 Ultimate system.

It invariably seems to correlate to the use of IE 11. It is not duplicatable,
but it does happen with enough consistency that there's got to be a bug
somewhere in the program.

When it happens, if I can get Jaws to stumble-and-bumble to the process
manager, I can close IE and reload Jaws. Oftentimes, Jaws is so sluggish i.e.
not quite non-responsive -- that I end up loading System Access to go and close
IE11 and Jaws. Then, I can re-load Jaws and its happy.

If I use a competitive screen-reader, I've not encountered these issues.

[JAWS-Users] Jaws users Microsoft Edge

2017-07-09 Thread Michael Massey
Hi, Judy. As Debby and others have posted, Jaws is not yet accessible with
Edge. I did use Edge with Narrator to pay a bill online using my bank's
website and its bill pay service. I also tried using Nvda on another
website and gave up, then I used I E and completed my task, smile. I am not
saying that I haven't used Nvda before today because I used it a few weeks
ago using Edge to log into my bank's website as well. Oh, and when I used
Edge and Narrator to navigate my bank's website, I had to use the tab key to
get to the buttons I needed to press. I guess I'd better learn some
Narrator key commands to better access the various links and buttons, smile.

Hi, David. Thank you for posting your message strongly suggesting that Jaws
users should not try to modify the scripts or apps or whatever they're
called, that is, unless you know what you're doing, smile.I would like
to have the Jaws key combination to check the time and date to work when
pressed one time as opposed to pressing the key combination twice. Yeah, I
am spoiled because when I had Window-eyes installed, I could press the key
combination only once. Nothing against you personally, Mike B., but I am
not about to try to modify scripts to accomplish tasks. However, I do hope
the link provided will help me add scripts for such programs as Winamp and
any other programs that could use scripts to make them work better with
Jaws.

Hi Mike B , if you are familiar with the script manager you can make this
change.
Open the script manager, open the default script with control shift D

Look for Script SaySystemTime ()
You need to remove a few lines. Rather than removing the lines you can
comment them out by placing a ; at the beginning of the line

Script SaySystemTime ()
var
string sTimeOrDate
if GetRunningFSProducts() == product_MAGic
&& IsSpeechOff() then
ExMessageBox(FormatString(cMsgGetSysTimeAndDate,SysGetTime(),SysGetDate()),
cscNull,MB_ICONINFORMATION)
return
endIf
;If (IsSameScript ()) then
Let sTimeOrDate = FormatString (cmsgGetSysDate, SysGetDate ())
SayUsingVoice ( VCTX_MESSAGE, sTimeOrDate, ot_user_requested_information)
;Else
Let sTimeOrDate = FormatString (cmsgGetSysTime, SysGetTime ())
;endIf
SayUsingVoice ( VCTX_MESSAGE, sTimeOrDate, ot_user_requested_information)
EndScript

Then copy the line
SayUsingVoice ( VCTX_MESSAGE, sTimeOrDate, ot_user_requested_information)

And insert it just after
Let sTimeOrDate = FormatString (cmsgGetSysDate, SysGetDate ())

Compile the script with JawsKey S

Hi Adrian,

Slap, slap! LOL Your're welcome. I knew Jorge & yourself would find the
answer you were seeking in the post but, at the same time anyone else having
this Vertical Tab issue would get the rest of the info.
Take care.

Mike, thanks for this.

You answered a question Jorge and I weren't asking, but buried in your post
is the solution to the question we did ask!! That's a back-handed
compliment, though you deserve all the praise you get.

We knew how to identify vertical tabs. What we couldn't do was perform a
search-and-replace for that character. I'd been trying ^11 as the search
term, but as Brian and you point out, the correct code is ^011. I just
tested a search-and-replace with the 0 added and immediately got rid of 24
instances.

So again, thanks. Please keep posting answers to the questions people
haven't asked, as well as all your right answers to the right questions.
Either way, you're a big help.

Hi Adrian & Jorge,

Try the following:
From: Brian Lee
The following steps should work:
1. Press JAWS key with D to bring up the dictionary manager.

2. Use CTRL with Shift and D to load the default dictionary manager.

3. Tab to the tree view and press E for English.

4. Expand the English option by using right arrow key.

5. Use down arrow key and find the appropriate synthesizer. You can
also press E for Eloquence, V for ?Vocalizer, V until you find Vocalizer
Expressive, etc.

6. Use right arrow to open the appropriate synthesizer item.

7. Press a backslash key until you find a backslash followed by 011.
JAWS should tell you that this equals Vertical Tab.

8. Tab to the Change button and press spacebar.

9. In the Actual Word field should be the \011. Tab to the
Replacement Word field and press spacebar one time.

10. Tab to OK and use spacebar.

11. Use CTRL with S to save changes.

12. Close the window using Alt with F4.

13. You might or might not need to restart JAWS.
The above worked for me using a Vocalizer Expressive profile.
Take care.

I also noticed a \011 entry after the list of languages. Without opening
English and Eloquence check after "Russian" in the list of languages. I
switched to Eloquence and changed that entry and it worked. Hope you get it
working.
Take care.

Hi, Mike. The only thing I would add to this post is that if the value
beginning with the backslash is not in the default dictionary under english,
and under your particular synthesizer, you may need to press the Add button,
instead of the Change button, add the \011 value in the Real Word field,
then tab to the replacement field and type the space character as the
replacement word. The other steps are valid.

I have the same problem and same inadequate workaround. The ASCII code is
11, and so a search-and-replace for ^11 should do the job, but it doesn't.

 Adrien,
How about verticle tabs and how you get rid of them when re-editting a

[JAWS-Users] Acronyms Saying Letters

2016-11-13 Thread Michael B.
Hi All,

Running Windows 7 & Jaws 16. Is there any way other than the dictionary
manager to have Jaws read acronyms in all caps like, SOS or UPS, as
individual letters instead of words? I've tried changing settings with,
expand abbreviations & acronyms, without any success, & also, Spell
Alphanumeric Data, without any luck there either. All suggestions will be
greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
Take care.
