Is there a problem with locks in cvs? Or is this

I'm trying to tag cvs before committing the jbossmx
integration in case there's a problem.
I've got two people locking jetty/jmx, one is anoncvs.
They've had the lock for over an hour.
Anyway, I'm going to get a couple of hours

in fact a rollback in the future could mean undeploy.
For now just start the tx only if there is one.
