[josm-dev] Initial webpage umlauts not displayed properly on Windows

Hello, the umlauts on the initial webpage (and other webpage based stuff in JOSM) aren't displayed properly under Windows. At least with my WinXP copy. Using Java 1.6.0_05. For the MOTD stuff this is probably caused by the fact, that nowhere on the wiki page header UTF8 is declared. Ciao -- h

Hello, the Tagging Preset menu uses the values true/false for boolean elements, whereas the majority of mappers seems to use the human strings yes/no. I would like to fix the code accordingly and switch to using yes/no. Objections against this? To clearify: This does not affect existing tags,
