The Diehl case was sold by GPASC, I think. So either NvAero or Marty Roberts should have it now. See N64KR at http://KRBuilder.org - Then click on the pics 2015 KR Gathering - McMinnville, OR. September 3 - 6 -- See U There. Peoples Choice at 2013 - KR

Craig, The 410 unit does clear the tack drive and oil filter. A tach transducer is bigger than the cable and may be a clearance issue if you need to use one. I only bring this up because you may eventually find that you will need a transducer for your tach. Just because the P-mags have a

Craig, B Makes a good product and Bill does a good job of supporting his product line. This alternator should work well, but it eliminates the option of using the tach drive for a transducer for your tachometer and also eliminates using the engine mounted spin on oil filter adapter for this

I thought about doing that and I am sure that if I use the same kind of clamp in the future, I will. I will also use an 8/32 instead of AN3, or some other smaller bolt. Mark is right it is heavy when you put it in that perspective. However, I just looked at the AN742-D4, and it is just an Adel

There are at least 2 different varieties of Diehl case. There's the current one that uses a Subaru starter... And the old one that uses a starter off a Ski-doo snowmobile (Rotax starter) - I found this out when I tried to put a Subaru starter in my plane & it didn't fit. One of the engine
