I don't think anyone thought he was the messiah . He put a few youngsters in
and got a few results (very luckily on most occasions IMO) but it soon went
tits up when he brought Luke Murphy back and couldn't see past a 4-5-1 at home.
He has now brought Becchio back at Rotherham and that tells

Final point, it looks like Cellino is gearing up to off load us. A few week ago
I was optimistic about next season, I am really not hopeful now though.

Obviously no idea if it is true if he is leaving or not, but I was concerned
about Redfearn's recent media blitz: talking about clauses in his contract,
talking about the shit the club was in, basically saying that all the
improvement was down to him and his kids. I thought this was a little up
You have to remember, Redfearn has a completely different squad of
players now than he had for the last few times he 'took the helm'
following a
managerial dismissal.
He seems to get his
tactics and ideas across to the younger players better, it could just work
out
for him.
And seeing
It seems fairly obvious now Cellino is going to let Redfearn coach as caretaker
for a few games to see if he thinks he's up for the job. It's the cheapest and
easiest option for him right now, if it doesn't work Redfearn can go back to
the Academy, and then we'll get somebody else on the cheap.
It's the wisest . But why give credit?

Listening to his interview, he is making pathetic excuses. So obviously not a
leader.
We have conceded crucial, result-changing goals in the last six minutes five
times in the last seven games. That points to a lack
fair play to you fella for turning up for that shite
