In the video it looks as if the bearing is running in the reed that it has
cut before. Does that mean it can get deeper than 1/8" Of course the first

I have a Revo, and have been cutting box (finger ) joints using *Mike's
indexing method,* 3/8" up-cutting two flute spiral milling cutter. I have
been very surprised at the accuracy of the joints.
One thing I did do was to change the crank handle over -top to bottom- when
doing the mating piece

Today I fitted my Rotary Table to the Revo. It does not seem to have much

to closed position, no back piece .

I went into a super store called Morrison's yesterday and they had tables
in the caf'e with legs just like the one he is holding, they were about 3
inched dia, 4 inch square ends looked far too heavy for the job.

I find pallet wood full of grit,sand etc. It is not kind to cutters,
plywood is a little better but has no character English oak is my
favourite, I still have some Brown Oak that I felled about 40 years ago.

We still have auctions over here that one can attend, but the Auctioneers
commission and VAt can run the price up to a third more.. i:e £300 becomes
£400
I have had some very very good deals in the past, but don't go to many now

I went to an auction over here in the U.K. There were around 14 inverters
for sale I wanted one but was prepared to buy the lot However when the bids
reached around the £500 I stopped bidding. They were sold for well over
£1000 plus the auctioneers cut.

paint or varnish.
I also like your cam set up does the delrin cam marked red rock or
keep still.
It reminds me of a bandsaw sharpener that I had to do large bands 5"

Not such a good price for the seller , What would have been the new price
for that Mill with all the extras.?
I still have not heard of anyone with a Revo, in the U.K.And am still
looking for a 900 rpm 3 ph, motor does not seem to be many about. Revo or
motor.

Have been wondering as to what sort of Electricity supply you have in the
U,S. Mainly because I use machines here that are on 415 Volts. I then use
an inverter that changes the supply from the normal house supply to 240 to

The trouble with gear boxes is the fact that at low speed they do develop a
lot of torque , can cause an awful lot of damage in a very short time
