I purchased the program Families to run on an iPod Touch. I then purchased an
iPad2 and downloaded the program to that. I am having difficulty syncing my
Legacy data base to either machine. In fact I can't get the Families program to
start on my desktop.
I am totally confused. Any help
Presumably you mean Families Sync on the desktop. What do you see when you try
to run it?

If you have the pedigree set to print 6 generations per page then boxes
are not allowed. There is no room on the page for them when 6
generations are included. Change the generations per page to 4 or 5 and
you will be able to include boxes.
