I tried to update my Legacy through the Home page. It did so, but now I

person's individual screen (I guess that is what it is called; its where

Try removing and re installing your printer in Windows. Legacy uses the
printer drivers for your default printer when creating report previews,

Another possibility then is that you have the same couple married twice
and the FGS report is using a second marriage where not all the children
are linked. Check the spouse icon(s) for the husband and wife, is there
a small number other than 1? If so click on that icon to open the spouse
list.
The default printer is set correctly. I am not sure I know how to remove
and re-install the printer. Sorry to be a dumbo, but my son does the
technical stuff for me and he is not available. I did go to control
panel and unselected the correct printer and then re-selected it, but that
did not do
In the Family view, look at the Spouse icon below the names and see if there
might be more than one spouse indicated for one or both of the parents. It
seems that an extra marriage can creep in during data entry.

I checked both parents. Both have only each other as spouses. Bot are
have only 1 in the spouse icon of the row of icons in the family view. I
tried the FGS after checking and it still only prints the two oldest sons.

Actually, I went away from the computer for a few hours, and when I
returned the printing problem was mysteriously solved. I guess the font
problem is, too, since I didn't get a bad message box.
I did figure out the problem with only 2 children showing in the FGS. There

The poster was telling you that the pound symbol is in the 4th column
5th row. It is not where you thought, the blank space beside the euro
symbol.

Please re-word the question. Do you mean having paper copies of your PDFs
(reports) or the reports in the print queue waiting to be printed, and not
really printed before deleting same? If you want to print at FHL, each place
has its own rules and equipment?
