Saves one set of hassles and introduces another ;-) So long as you can remember to mark the living, living, that's fine. For me it is too big a privacy risk to have people automatically set to deceased when added. The Legacy 7 Advanced Set Living Tool was as effective as the Legacy 8 one. I

Bena, The key value of TNG to me is that it makes a dynamic presentation of your Legacy data, rather than a static html site. You simply import a gedcom from Legacy into TNG, and TNG displays the data on the fly. You never have to deal with html. You never have to modify the TNG files when

Pat, I don't know if Wordperfect can use the equivalent of the Microsoft Word Edit; Paste Special function. I use that feature in word to Paste Special - Unformatted text. This function drops all previous formatting of the text and uses the default font of your word processor. Alan Pereira
