Geoff You can't use Search and Replace for this. You can narrow the list of people you need to look at using a Detailed Search for the particular current Event Name AND for the characters in the field. People will be included if those characters are in that field in another event so the

I'm not postive Ron and Jean, but I think the reason why the system could not work with OH as an exact match is because the comma comes immediately after the OH. So, if you had stated OH, and replaced with Ohio, that might have done it with an exact match. I found out I had to manipulate things
