Bobby, You need to look at your Windows Regional settings and make sure that Legacy and Windows are both using hyphens in the dates or they are both using slashes. This apparently is the trigger. I had a lady with this exact problem yesterday and when we changed her regional settings to match

Thanks Michele. I checked my regional settings and they are correct. I fixed my problem by doing a reset of the custom settings. After going through each page of the customized settings to reset to my desired configuration the problem did not return. It doesn't make any difference if I use

Bobby, That is good to know. For my other lady the reset didn't work for her but changing her Windows settings to dashes to match Legacy did. It probably has to do with different computer configurations. I am not sure where you are located but the lady I was working with was in Australia.

Each web site you try to search has different search criteria. Which site is causing you this problem? Have you reported this to support? We monitor this list but that is no guarantee that every problem mentioned here will be noticed. You should probably work with support on this one since they

I reported this to support last month. Initially it was suggested that as I was using Canadian date formatting this was the issue but upon further testing support could not duplicate the issue. It was then suggested to delete the person having the issue and then renter  the persons information.

Bobby, From the search window, click on Customized Searches and copy the url form you have in whichever field you are selecting and show us in a reply. Without knowing what you have in that field, we cant diagnose why the info you expect to be sending is/isnt being properly sent to the search
