Jay, That's NOTHING to do with this error however much a location list clean up is a good idea. Location not found errors are almost always to do with a story location that has been purged with the use of List Cleanup as I've already explained. The RIN of the person with the story that has

Dennis, Try a major clean up of your locations list. Remove all "USA" from names. Then add it back. Then use the option to merge all of same places. Go into the list, sort by City, County, State, Country. Do a manual edit and merge of matching locations. Use the option to delete all unused

Dennis Location not found (###,##) means that you've used List Cleanup or purged "unused" locations. There's a bug where if a location is ONLY used in a Story it is purged leading to this error. You need to find the relevant story which is usually found on the person with RIN equal
