http://www.kanshima.net/mirrors/lftp/ which mirror is done by the lftp's
mirror command on a daily basis. The server is based in France, Strasbourg.

Nothing's wrong with your lftp. lftp currently doesn't support the -R flag

I put the ftp:ssl-allow off to make sure it will be the same as you.
There, it obviously worked in active mode. Can you also put the debug 9
