Can you consider changing the real OSA addresses in the directory while keeping the virtual OSA addresses the same? Have you tried copying /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg-qeth-bus-ccw.0.0. to . where . is the original osa address and . is the new address? Then you can run the

Mike already mentioned the guest virtual machine size. To me, this looks like the ramdisk is too small. 64MB may be cutting it a little close, when the uncompressed ramdisk is about 55MB. You might try bumping that up to the 92358 value that gets mentioned in the error message. Mark Post
