The idea of the ICTAU is to form a associate membership body for IT
professionals across the breadth of the IT Sector in Uganda. Your exactly

Agreed. I think one thing the founder members felt was doing it the 'hard'
way was preferable. Not to caste dispersion's but sometimes when you go the
seeded route there is no incentive to go from that to becoming a membership
funded org. I think we have all seen plenty of examples of that
