I am just a little confused at the moment: I had heard that Theorem-like environments would be supported by LyX in a reasonable way for 1.4.x but I still only have them as latex commands. Is that me or does it require x 2?

tex2lyx difficulty

2006-07-03 Thread Jan Peters
I have a latex file which I imported but when I run latex out of lyx, it will have an undefined sequence error. The reason for this behavior is that it exchanges the lines \editor{Leslie Pack Kaelbling} \maketitle Is there an easy fix for this behaviour? Best wishes, Jan Peters sample.tex

Dear Lyx-Developers, I am *really* impressed ... or maybe even stunned. The update from 1.4 to 1.5 is really a major step for LyXkind. On a Mac, it feels every bit as professional as a Mac App can be (wow). The SWP guys at MacKitchan must be really scared as hell. Congrats guys! You are doing a

2007-05-15 Thread Jan Peters
One further reason: If you have years of work in LaTeX or LyX and you are suddenly requested to write a short article in Word - doable by cut-and-paste, would you write everything again? Or resuse your old text? For my party: I deny using Word and am not willing to use it or an OSF clone of word
