LyX native format stuck in the middle

Günter, thanks for your comment and tips, I'm not giving up yet. I experienced exactly the same in openSUSE Leap, first neither the bibtex-version nor the biber-version worked until all in a sudden both did out of the blue. Obviously there are few people using Miede's thesis. It produces
