Almost certainly spam. Even if you were expecting a parcel delivery it would contain more specific information than this, such as the name of the delivery company, the tracking number, etc. I would never open any attached .zip file unless I was certain that it was coming from a trusted source,

I completely agree and understand, however, when Sally at my church gets an email like this on her iPad, she won't smell the phish. She'll think it's official and then the damage or just embarrassment is done. If everyone could smell the phish, all the phishermen would be out of business.BillOn

Has anyone found a good solution for managing spam email on mobile devices? I have SpamSieve on my laptop and that does a good job, but when I'm away from my computer and relying on my iPhone or iPad for email, all of the junk that SpamSieve filters out still comes through and it's a lot. Ed,

Neal, I used to be a earthlink customer, and I found that I got alot of suspisous emails, and I was phished several times. I would go to the earthlink support page and use their instructions for sending them the header information from the emails. I would usually get a reply of appreciation.
