Yes it does. It is basically as though you had managed to glue your control and option keys down, so any other key you press will automatically have those two keys added to it. I have never found it a helpful feature, particularly after mapping my vo keys to caps lock. On Dec 14, 2012, at 9:58

Hi guys I just want to comment on my observation so far on adding memory to my Mac Book Pro. I had 4 gigabytes before and now I have 8. I have noticed a difference when using a braille display with grade 2 braille. I am not finding as many mistakes where keys are left out of the translation.

Once you do VM-M twice to get to the various widgets in the menu bar you don't have to hold down the VO keys anymore. Just right or left arrow to find the Time Machine menu. Then up/down until you find Backup Now. When you press just the option key you'll find it changes to Verify Backup. CB
