Okay, I prefer the australian voice, but live in the U.S. I have a
probem though. the voice reads dates wrong now. Is there a way to get a U.S.

Well, unfortunately that’s one of the problems that came up with the new
GarageBand version.
That’s the reason that, although I have upgraded to mavericks, I did not update
my GarageBand software.
Let,s hope that a new update will fix that.

I’ve managed to make a little progress with this yesterday actually. After
you’ve turned smart controls on, make sure the inspector is checked. Now press
the EQ button. Now the smart control scroll area won’t be empty. You will
have a pop up button that says manual. VO spacebar on

pronunciations tab of the speech pain in VoiceOver Utility? I'm not sure if
that would work with the particular words you're talking about but I use it a
lot and it's great. If you don't know what I'm talking about or how to
