I just stopped Growl, and before that I removed Skype from its table of applications for which it has set preferences, trying to get this to stop, and that was before I updated Skype. The behavior hasn't changed from before the update. I'll reboot with Growl up and the Skype references

When I was sighted I used tabs because they used to sayt hat opening new windows would take more ram, which, if you had many opened windows, would slow down your computer. Tabs open the new web page inside the browser window which saves ram by not having to open a new instance of the browser. I
