is the language is actually supported for the operating system, but no voices

Yes, you have to use F1 in conjunction with holding down the Function key if
the checkbox Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys is checked

Actually, just select Add to iTunes as a spoken track in the services table,
then add a shortcut to it if you wish in the preferences. Then, just select the

That's incorrect. These commands work perfectly in any Save dialog box without
a hitch. The only one that doesn't work is Command-Shift-O for some reason
which is actually very strange, but Command-Shift-H works.
