I've never used voice control on a Mac. However, I can say that I do not
recommend it at least on an iOS device for someone who uses VoiceOver. It tends
to listen to everything you say and in a text message or email you can get
double entries of everything because it thinks you're also

Hi, I agree with what Dave said. The Amazon app is very clunky but is fairly accessible. I think part of the problem is that there are two tab bars. There is one at the top and one at the bottom on most screens. As Dave said if you tap on the account tab near the bottom right then move your finger

I had the same problem on my mac a few weeks ago after updating to Sierra. I
was finally able to resolve it by actually going in to system prefs, signing
out of iCloud, and then signing back in. Have you tried that?
