Betul pak, tapi saya lagi coba benerin yang di kantor pusat dulu jadi bisa cek 
langsung Thunderbirdnya.

Problemnya kan user kami (recipient) tidak bisa terima email klien (sender 
luar).
Kalau saya mau ngecek message header yang gagal dikirim  bukannya saya harus 
cek ke mail client klien kami ya pak?
Karena Thunderbird user kami tidak terima message-message yang gagal diterima 
tersebut.

Yang ini sudah solved dengan create ulang mail account tersebut.
Sekarang sudah bisa terima dari luar dengan lancar.

Yang ini sudah sejak lama

Yang ini baru tanggal 14 Feb kemarin

Ini bisa dikatakan long term solution ya pak?
Kalau short term solutionnya apa ya? Karena ada beberapa email penting dari 
luar yang tidak masuk.
Disk Space mail server kami ngga kuat kalau harus matiin batasan quota di tiap 
account karena kami sistemnya pake POP3.

Ya, tapi saya tidak bikin peraturan tidak bisa terima new message bagi account 
yg overquota.
Saya cuma bikin Refuse outgoing messages sent from over quota accounts, jadi 
mereka harus hapus2 message di mailbox sampai tidak overquota baru bisa kirim 
message.

Account tersebut tidak pernah disabled sampai sekarang.

dalam milis tsb ada member yang saya add manual dengan type Normal, lalu
saya juga ada masukkan *@araksa.com dengan type Post only agar seluruh email
account  *@araksa.com bisa kirim ke milis tersebut, tapi tidak dari domain
lain.
Kemarin tiba2 ada salah satu email account domain araksa.com yang tidak bisa

Iya, ip nya sama, tapi user yang gagal login beda, protocol pake POP3.
Ketika ip tsb masuk blacklist, saya cek di whitelist masih ada, tapi 
sepertinya rule whitelist di ignore kalo ip tsb ada di blacklist.

dynamic blacklist?
Saya sudah coba masukkan ip ke dynamic whitelist tapi selalu masuk dynamic 
blacklist lagi kalo kena screening

Saya memang jarang tutup manual pak karena sepertinya dia auto close sendiri 
setelah user saya otomatis ter logoff oleh windows.
Tapi di versi sebelumnya saya ngga pernah mengalami kasus service stopped 
seperti ini.

> Periksa ke windows task manager aplikasi apa yang menggunan RAM dan
> Processor tinggi sebelum terjadi lost connection atau saat membuka MDconfig
> (+/- 1 jam setelah MDaemon service start)

Penggunaan CPU paling tinggi hanya Google Chrome pak, itu juga hanya 0,4% 
(total CPU usage 3%).
Penggunaan RAM paling tinggi ClamAV 464MB (Total memory usage 33%)

> Juga periksa berapa besar file \\mdaemon\statdb\mdaemon-statistic.db3

[MDaemon-L] Tombol Delete pada Mailing List manager Remote Administration tidak berfungsi

Pak Syafril, saya sekarang tidak bisa menghapus anggota sebuah mailing list
manager via Remote Administration, ketika tombol delete di klik tidak
terjadi apa2.
Saya sudah coba pakai semua browser versi terbaru (Chrome, Firefox, IE,
Edge) tapi hasilnya sama saja.
Sepertinya issue ini baru terjadi sejak upgrade versi MDaemon terbaru.

Lalu apabila admin mau exclude beberapa user ketika export Accounts.csv apakah 
bisa? Misalnya untuk group direksi/komisaris tidak mau dirubah passwordnya.
Satu lagi pak untuk MDaemon terbaru apakah nanti webmailnya masih bisa diakses 
browser dengan versi maksimal di Windows XP?

KB ke mili everyone maka email tsb masuk ke bad queue lalu MDaemon akan send
note ke %SENDER% dan administrator.
Tapi kenapa yang terjadi note nya malah dikirim ke semua anggota milis
everyone yah? Mohon pencerahan.

[MDaemon-L] CF pembatasan message size berdasarkan jumlah recipients

Pak Syafril, saya sedang mencoba untuk membuat CF dengan tujuan move message
ke bad queue lalu notif ke sender dan admin apabila message tsb berukuran
lebih dari 3MB dan dikirimkan lebih ke lebih dari 20 recipients.
Tapi saya lihat di pilihan CF sepertinya tidak ada ya opsi untuk mendeteksi
jumlah recipients?
Adakah cara lain selain CF yang bisa dipakai?

Tujuan saya sih biar lebih aman aja pak :)

(network drive/folder/file atau printer sharing) tidak akan terinfeksi virus

Itu dia pak, Mail Server kami ada aktivitas file sharingnya.

>Pilihan lain adalah windows patch (windows update) harus selalu diupdate

Maaf pak maksud saya menu Account Settings - Passwords yang biasa diakses di
mdaemon Accounts - Account Settings.
Tujuan saya mau setting password expiry per group.
Saya lihat di quota template hanya ada dua opsi: Quota restrictions dan
Pruning.
Mdaemon saya versi 16.5.0 apa perlu update dulu?

Iya pak, menurut pihak ISP ada email corrupt yang bikin double traffic, eh
pas uda ketemu email corruptnya kebetulan listrik gedung ngetrip sesaat dan
kebetulan lagi UPS mereka lagi bermasalah. Tapi sekarang uda solved semua

Kalau saya hapus manual lewat webmail bener2 terdelete pak.

mailserver saya ke domainpop ter-pending/hold, sehingga nanti kalau dari
sisi ISP sudah normal otomatis message2 tsb akan terhapus?

Atau mailserver saya harus tarik ulang dan request delete message lagi ke
domainpop?

Pak Syafril,  Kami sekarang sudah bisa tarik email dari domainpop, tapi
sekarang jadi ada problem baru lagi, dimana email dari luar duplicated
bahkan sampe 3 kopian.

Setelah saya cermati sepertinya mailserver kami tidak bisa menghapus email
di inbox domainpop kami (email dari pagi hari tadi yang sudah ditarik dan
dideliver ke user masih ada), sementara settingan leave messages on
domainpop host dalam tidak pernah kami centang.

Sampai saat ini pihak ISP masih berusaha mengecek root causenya dan belum
ketemu, saya hanya ingin make sure saja kalau dari sisi kami apakah mungkin
ada yg terlewat kami cek ya pak?

Mailserver kami hari ini tiba2 ngga bisa narik email dari domainpop, email
dari luar masuk ketahan di inbox domainpop kami sampai ribuan, itu kira2
kenapa ya?

Authentikasi ke domainpop juga berhasil dan tidak ada masalah.

atau keseluruhan user )juga?

Pak, kenapa mail domain kami DKIM nya fail ya kalo ngirim email ke gmail?

Padahal kalau ke yahoo dan hotmail pass semua, saya juga sudah cek di
dkimcore.org dan appmaildev.com hasilnya valid semua.

User kami gagal kirim email ke sebuah domain dengan pesan error : "554 Your
access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor
reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the
intended recipient via alternate means."

Ketika coba kirim via smart host keluar error : "SSL certificate is not
valid (does not match smtp.citynet.net.id and/or is not signed by recognized
CA)."
