about using Greyhound for shipping. Anything to get Gump out of the
shop and me out of the dog house with SWMBA. I really stuck my foot
in it. All for trying to change out $1.50 in worn rubber bushings.

It may be a great way to make them come down on price, where the car
nice enough. Having to invest 10-20 hours to change out the part
brings the value down a bunch for anybody who knows the model. A
newbie would not have any idea and would pay top dollar.

A Prius? C'mon, stay close to the herd and get a TDI. Better fuel economy
on average if you do highway driving, and environmentally cleaner because no
battery with associated complications.

You don't even need a wrench, but a channellock will help, unless it
is a floor shift toploader with the single arm on top. then you need
to take it out and take the top off at least.

Floor shift or column shift?
NON MB manual trans are famous for not getting out of one gear before
the other gear is engaged (different shift linkages) On my column
shift bronco, I would frequently have to crawl under and disengage
one linkage manually. I HAVE had that also happen on column
YOu are bad!! The last time one of those popped up here I ended up
with Gump. now I have to see if I can find a way to get that TD here.
