Correct diagnosis. Slow sink to the floor means the seals (cups) in the master cylinder are worn out or damaged. Point of interest: If you are bleeding the system using the pump and hold method, don't let the brake pedal bottom out. If you do, you risk allowing the seals on the master cylinder
